Please read these terms carefully before using the zbazi platform. By accessing the site or creating an account, you are agreeing to all of these terms.

Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between zbazi ("we", "our", "platform") and you ("user", "player"). zbazi is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms apply automatically whenever you use the zbazi website, mobile platform, or any related services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

zbazi reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Account

1.1 Age Requirement

zbazi is for persons aged 21 and over only. When creating an account you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. To protect minors, we may ask for proof of age verification at any time.

1.2 Account Registration

  • Each user may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
  • Any change to your account details must be reported to zbazi immediately.
  • Transferring your account or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To maintain a safe and transparent environment, zbazi may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time. zbazi reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete.

Section 2 — Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposits

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (across all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
  • Once a deposit is processed successfully, it will be credited to your account immediately.
  • Depositing via a third-party account or someone else's payment method is prohibited.
  • The source of funds must be legitimate; money laundering or suspicious transactions are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
  • The withdrawal method and account details must match those used for the deposit.
  • zbazi reserves the right to hold withdrawals until any pending bonus wagering requirements are met.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be suspended and investigated.

2.3 Transaction Policy

zbazi uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions secure. If a technical error causes an incorrect transaction, zbazi reserves the right to correct it. In any situation involving a chargeback on a deposit, the account may be suspended.

Section 3 — Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

zbazi offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus.

  • Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
  • A user may claim the welcome bonus once only.
  • The bonus may only be used on eligible games on the zbazi platform.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are stated on the promotions page.
  • Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
  • zbazi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
  • Fraudulent misuse of bonuses may result in account closure.
  • A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings earned from bonuses.

3.3 VIP Program

The zbazi VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Players can move up to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change at zbazi's discretion.

Section 4 — Gameplay and Betting

4.1 Gaming Rules

  • All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • If a technical error affects a game outcome, zbazi may void the round in question.
  • zbazi's decision on game results is considered final.
  • If manipulation or fraud is found in any game, the winnings from that round will be voided.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Placing bets using software bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence.
  • Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
  • Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Transferring funds from illegal sources or attempting money laundering.
  • Attempting cyberattacks, hacking, or breaching platform security.

4.3 Sports Betting

zbazi offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, bets will not be accepted after the designated cutoff time. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to zbazi's established rules.

Section 5 — Account Suspension and Closure

5.1 Account Suspension by zbazi

zbazi may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause in these Terms.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
  • Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
  • Being confirmed as under 21 years of age.

5.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact us via live chat or email. Before submitting a closure request, ensure there are no pending transactions or bonus wagering requirements on your account.

5.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, zbazi may apply a maintenance fee or deactivate the account. Users will be notified in advance by email in such cases.

Section 9 — Miscellaneous Provisions

9.1 Language

These Terms are prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between a translation or version in another language, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

9.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalid clause will be replaced with a valid provision that is as close as possible to the original intent.

9.3 Changes to Terms

zbazi may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of any significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
